Selects the maximum amount of time that the radio remains muted to receive audio after the PTT button is released in anticipation of system throughput delay. This selection applies for the current DVRS Conventional Systems. Time is in milliseconds (ms).
When the System Type field is set to "DVRS", and
when the radio is model / option capable.
